Nextcloud, email and identity, managed for you
The three things most teams run Microsoft 365 for, hosted in Europe and run by us. £12 per person, per month, ex VAT.
- Your data lives in Europe. Hosted entirely on European infrastructure in Paris, France. Eighteen Zeros is UK-registered, so your data sits in Europe, under UK law.
- No US hyperscalers in the path. Nothing in our stack runs on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, so your data isn't exposed to the US CLOUD Act through the infrastructure it runs on.
- Your tenant is yours. Dedicated Nextcloud, identity realm, database and storage. Nothing shared with another customer at the infrastructure level.
- Open source, end to end. Open standards throughout, so if you leave, your data comes with you in formats other software can read.
- No AI trained on your data. We don't run training pipelines on it, and it isn't part of the business model.

1. We don't supply desktop office software. Any desktop suite that reads standard formats — LibreOffice, OnlyOffice, or Microsoft Office itself — works alongside your files; you install what your team needs.
Our £12 is per person, per month, excluding VAT, monthly rolling with no minimum term. The Google figure is Google Workspace Business Standard at £11.80 per user, per month on the flexible monthly plan, where a one-year commitment costs less (Google UK list price, August 2026). The Microsoft figure is Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot at £18.10 per user, per month, excluding VAT, on an annual subscription (Microsoft UK list price, August 2026).
